★ Eat a light lunch every day.
If you don’t have time to go out, eating a sandwich is OK. Don’t eat lunch with too much oil. If you don’t have lunch, that will be bad for your health.
★Eat fruits and vegetables.
We should eat fruits and vegetables every day. They are healthy food. Don’t eat too much junk food(垃圾食品) like hamburgers, chocolate and ice cream.
★Don’t eat dinner late.
