I am writing to say something about your service.Generally speaking,the service was far from being satisfactory.Firstly,it was agreed that the travel agency would pay for all the tickets,but the guide asked us to pay for some of the tickets.Secondly,we were told that we could visit 8 sights during our trip.However,we were only shown around 6 of them.Thirdly,we were extremely disappointed by the poor food service and conditions of the hotels we stayed in.Worst of all,your guide was rather rude because she even quarreled with us several times when we questioned her about the service.I do hope you can look into the matter.Looking forward to your reply.
