增加：把缺词处加一个漏符号（∧），并在其下面写出该加的词。

删除：把多余的词用斜线（\）划掉。

修改：在错的词下划一横线，并在该词下面写出修改后的词。

注意：1. 每处错误及其修改均仅限一词；

2. 只允许修改10处，多者（从第11处起）不计分。

Hi Susan,

I’m sorry that I wasn’t able to return to your bike on time yesterday. I mean to give it back to you before four in the afternoon, and I was held up on my way back. Just before I turned corner of Park Street, I happened to seeing an accident. A little girl was hurt and his mother needed help. So I helped them going to the nearest hospital. I stayed here for one and a half hour and made sure that the girl was safely. When I got back, it was already 6 p.m. I hope you understand.
