NoticesAll notices, demands, consents or other communications which are permitted or required to be given by any of the Parties to another hereunder shall be written in the English language. Such notices shall be deemed to be properly given if sent by telecopy or registered mail return receipt requested addressed to the registered office as set out opposite the name of such Party in Schedule 1. Each Party may by notice to each other Party designate a new address to which all notices shall be delivered or mailed. All notices shall be effective upon receipt.
