Most people need about eight hours of sleep each night. 65.但很多人睡眠有问题.If we don't have enough sleeping time, it will be bad for our work and study. And it’s easier for us to get sick or even become heavier. How can we get the sleep we need? Here are some ideas:
Do exercise during the day.
You’ve probably noticed how much running around little kids do and how well they sleep. Physical activity can lower stress and help people feel more relaxed. 66.Don’t do sports before bedtime because exercise can wake you up.
Keep the bedroom for sleeping only.
It’s a bad habit for you to use your bedroom as a place to eat, watch TV, read, talk on the phone, or discuss important matters with your family members. 67.Break that habit to get better sleep.
Say goodnight to electronic products(电子产品).
They will make a person wake up at night. At least turn off electronic products an hour or more before lights out.68. You’d better make your bedroom a place without any electronic products.
